Meet the Management Team


Bruce Finnamore



Bruce Finnamore - Chairman

Bruce has a professional background in the health sector. In 1991, Bruce founded Finnamore Management Consultants - a niche consultancy specialising in health and social care. The business quickly grew to become a trailblazer and trusted presence in health and social care. In 2009, Finnamore merged with The Health Works and The Change Works to create Finnamore Ltd, an award-winning independent health and social care consultancy. Finnamore Ltd was acquired by GE Healthcare in 2014 and Bruce remains a special advisor. 

He has spent over thirty years in health services management in both the public and private sectors of which over 20 have been as a management consultant. His main areas of interest are strategic change and organisational development within the health and social care sectors. He has worked extensively with Foundation Trusts, including co-founding the Foundation Trust Network, as well as working on a number of major PCT development programmes. He has led projects on service and organisational reconfiguration; directed strategic reviews of a number of health communities and designed a number of long-term organisation development programmes. 

Bruce is known for his excellent facilitation skills and is highly experienced in working in sensitive and political environments. Bruce is an alumnus of the London Business School. Bruce is also involved with Achieve Health and Performance who devise health and wellbeing programmes for organisations and their staff.



Jason (j) Cromack 


J Cromack - Executive Director

J studied Business Studies at the University of Derby and started to put his knowledge and expertise to good use immediately in technology companies, becoming CEO of TripleArc Plc by 2002. In 2008 TripleArc Plc was acquired by Office2Office Plc. J remained with the AccessPlus division delivering business critical services and later as Managed Services Development Director delivering the cross selling opportunities across the sectors of the group. 

In 2010 J moved to The GIG at DST, a leading Customer Engagement Agency in the UK and USA, as CEO. He was responsible for delivering competitive advantage to their clients, and their businesses, via timely, relevant and effective marketing communications; by harnessing knowledge of Big Data, cutting edge analytics and the latest technologies.Since 2015 J has founded BigDataHound, co-founded Revolve24, and become CEO of MyLife Digital subsidiary Wood for Trees Ltd which focuses on analytics in the charity sector. J brings his extensive knowledge and experience as an Executive Director of MyLife Digital.




Jeffrey Thomas



 Jeffrey Thomas - Director

Jeffrey has over 25 years of senior management experience in IT, Property, Entertainment and Logistics across the UK, Europe and United States. He held senior sales and marketing positions in various leading data capture and automatic identification companies before he founded Endata Group Limited in 1988.

Endata was acquired by The Peak Technologies Group in 1994 and Jeffrey was appointed Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for Europe. He went on to become Senior Vice President for Corporate Marketing based in the USA where he was responsible for the professional teams spread over eight countries, and defined the organisations market and product strategies.

Since Jeffrey’s return to the UK in 1997 he has invested in many other business interests including Chairman and principal equity partner of Hartham Park plc, founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Ark Data Centres, Chairman of Skyscape Cloud Services, Director of the Corsham Institute, Board Member of Synergix Health and Director of MyLife Digital.




John Hall



John Hall - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

John is an ex international rugby player who represented his country on 21 occasions, he also played for the highly successful club side Bath during the 80’s and 90’s and captained them to National league and cup successes in his final two years as a player. In 1995 John became the Director of Rugby leading the club to a league and cup double in season 1995-96. 

John continued his career playing and coaching rugby at the highest levels and has worked professionally with clients such as the Rugby Football Union, Six Nations, International Rugby Board, Bath Rugby and FIFA. He is widely regarded throughout the sports industry as an expert in the field of performance analysis.

In 2003, John founded MyLife Digital subsidiary, a performance and analysis company. PGIR provides professional sports organisations with consultancy and software to deliver insights and improve effectiveness of both individual and team performance. John also became Chief Executive Officer of MyLife Digital in 2015, working closely with PGIR, to deliver a citizen centric technology platform for the UK. 




Keith Dewar 



Keith Dewar - Group Marketing & Product Director

Keith has over 25 years of senior management experience across a number of functional disciplines including marketing, sales, business development and strategy. His first role after University was as an analyst for J.P. Morgan, from there he became a Senior Consultant in Management Consultancy for Deloitte for five years. 

Moving into the TMT sector, Keith has held various directorships with Cable & Wireless, Vodafone and O2. More recently, Keith was Vice President, Marketing & Strategy for technology start-up IP Wireless where he helped grow the business over five years, culminating in a successful acquisition of the company by General Dynamics. 

Keith is also a post graduate student in the Department of Economics, Finance and Management at the University of Bristol where he is studying and researching areas of strategy, change and leadership. He joined MyLife Digital in December 2015.




Chris Whipp - Group Finance Director

Chris has over 20 years of senior management experience in a range of commercial, financial and management roles. Prior to joining MyLife Digital, Chris spent over ten years with NASDAQ listed US corporation DST Output where he was CFO for the UK operations. DST Output provide a wide range of Brokerage, Asset Management and Healthcare solutions along with Applied Analytics, Global IT Outsourcing and Business Process Solutions.

Chris was responsible for all aspects and financial management and reporting of a multi-site operation. He also looked after regulatory and compliance activity, as well as managing acquisitions and re-structures. Additionally Chris managed the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes, plus statutory auditing and reporting. He also had a level of HR and Quality Management responsibility.

Prior to working for DST Output, Chris was Financial Controller for PE-backed Municipal Hire Services Ltd, during which time the company achieved a ten-fold increase in turnover.

Chris is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)




Mark Reed 

Mark Reed - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mark left the University of Bristol with BEng (Hons) Computer Systems Engineering in 1991, and went straight into running IT departments in the educational publishing sector.

During the introduction of the Internet Mark set up eBusiness consulting at PwC in 1997, since 2000 he has continued to work in Financial Services IT and has spent time as the CIO for both the Institutional Banking and Markets at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Lloyds Banking Group.

Mark left his role as CIO for Markets at Lloyds Banking Group to join MyLife Digital in 2015 and brings his vast expertise in corporate technology infrastructure. Mark is building a passionate development team to innovate and deliver the core MyLife Platform and support the creation of products and services for clients.
